A solar power meter monitors the electricity needed to run your home. If your solar system generates more power than required, the surplus is fed back into the energy grid for future use.

Energy Grid:

The energy grid serves as the conventional power delivery system for your home. Excess electricity produced by your solar panels is stored within the grid, which can then be supplied back to your home when needed, such as during nighttime or periods of low sunlight.
